I use neither of the first two programs, so can't help there.
Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, and click "Disk Management" under the "Storage" heading on the left side. You will be able to right click on each partition and select "Change Drive Letter and Paths..." and the rest should be self-explanatory.

You cannot change the default settings in WordPad but there is a kind of workaround.
