And his name is Casper Marius, born this morning July, 20th. Mother is recuperating, Casper is doing very well. Father is eating dreadful hospital food and I'll pick up his little sister in a short while.

EDIT: Compared to his sister, he's quite big (a little over 4 kg), but I understand that's nothing compared to some of my relatives. He does have a family distinction: he's the first of my parent's grandchildren (out of four (so far) ) who's actually had any hair...
He looks absolutely nothing like his sister, except for his freakishly long toes (which come from my side of the family tree) and a very soft cry. For which I'm immensly glad.
So far so good. I'm off to bed.
