I do think about you (and some others here); I'm not sure I would say quite often but at times. ;)
Maybe moving is a good idea. Sometimes we all need a new start and sometimes that is an actual new place to start from. Give it a go if there isn't anything holding you back in Vermont. I mean literally holding you back, not psychologically. I am sure you will do fine in your new environment, you are quite a resilient person. :)
