I wish I didn't, because I love drinking from them, but they usually taste ... disappointing(ly?) (I cannot help feel that if there it to be an adverb, it should be followed by an explanation (ie disappointingly banal or some such) -- but perhaps I should stop with the parantheses now).
..."Disappointingly banal" would be an adjectival phrase made up of an adverb which is modifying the adjective, which is describing the taste of the drink.
