My girlfriend also suggested (after me bringing up reservations)to name her Sophie Nichelle Olethea
Although while Sophie is a fine name, I have to wonder where on earth your girlfriend found "Nichelle" and "Olethea".
But even so, what's the point? Why does your hypothetical daughter need jokes or puns, subtle or less subtle, in her name?
After Joel's post about names below, I have a question...a serious one.

You'd have to make it a double-barrelled first name, otherwise it'd just be "Yellow White".

If you have a son, name him Major Major and change his last name to Major.
