Favorite meat?


On a sammidge, it's either rare roast beef or pastrami, both sliced very thinly.

Favorite cheese?


Cheddar, hands down. I don't really eat other cheeses as a sandwich ingredient. Though goat's cheese on pastrami is delicious. Smoked Gubbeen is also excellent, as is hard goat Gouda.

Condiments? If so, what kind?


I love roast beef au jus. Apart from that, I don't agree with messing up the sammidge by shoving lettuce/tomato/onion/other stuff on there. Maybe a little red pepper relish but that's it.

What else do you like on sandwiches?
