It probably means "time to rock out".
Little knob on your watch, it's a very conceptual language. I took sign Language in college, Many moons ago, and my neighbors are deaf, so I've gotten to use what I learned, and expand my vocabulary. I get a headache from watching... and it's very hard to watch 3 people sign, i can never figure out who to watch.: / and I have to ask them to slow down, I can't read sign that fast.and some signs are different than what I learned, not hugely different, but enough to throw me off a time or two.
AND how the hell are you, Jiggy!!*hugs* I miss you, you always make me laugh.
I found this on Youtube, and it made me laugh.
