I just measured from where W. Broadway intersects the GZ site to the corner, two roads up. I'm doing this in Google Earth so I can't link, but my ruler says ~500 feet, 1/10 mile. I did get a link to some images on GE for the area, the link below from 1981 show a pictures from apparently 900 feet away, but basically 4 blocks away, gives a scale, probably better with visual representation. Anyway as mentioned I just measured right down that road, from GZ to the corner of the proposed site.
