It was an interesting little piece.
What I don't get is this: "A federal judge fined them $3,000 and banned them from speaking publicly about fixing typos for a year, a period that expired in August 2009."
How can a judge ban that kind of speech? Is there some nuance of law regarding speech I'm not aware of?
