O and Ka are freaking awesome. Mystere is good, but if you seen a standard Cirque show then you've kinda seen this one. Cheaper ticket price makes it more attractive, though. Zumanity is okay, but at the bottom of the list for me.
My wife and I are going back to Vegas in October and we are seeing O and Ka again as well as finally seeing Love. O is water-based, so there are some impressive things that you see. Ka has a huge tilting stage that goes almost vertical and there are some really cool things. If you have to choose between the two, I'd probably go with O, but you really can't go wrong.
