It really pissed me off, so I didn't think about it, just went ahead and did it. And then I immediately regretted doing that, 'cause it was from my dad and the other people on his list were co-workers and friends of his.

Still, the only reply I got was someone else saying, "yeah that thing was bullshit", so I guess it was fine, really. I think a lot of people just forward these things without really reading them.
