I'm sorry but if you can't tell the difference if it is rocks and bottles or chestnuts, then you are in the wrong job. It might not be nice to be pelted with them but it is a huge, huge difference.

I'll be more enthusiastic about encouraging thinking outside the box when
there's evidence of any thinking going on inside it.
