Go to "Control Panel"

Click on "Regional and Language Options"

Select the "Languages" tab and "Details" on that tab

In the Input Settings box, select "Add" and add Russian. Then go to "Key Settings" and figure out what hot key combination will switch your typing from English to Russian. I did "Shift + Ctrl" because it's easy.

From now on, your bar will have a little box that says "EN" when you're in English and go to "RU" if you switch to Russian.
You can also write that as "Stalin" *MySmiley*
