Absolutely step on a crab. Preferably one of those giant ones with the smooth shell.

Not quite sure what you mean. Is it wake up female (in my case) with a female face or else wake up female with my face? If I'm going to wake up female I might as well have a new face also.

Would you rather have 500 tarantulas crawling in your house or 1000 crickets jumping around your room?

Lick the telephones, idealy after I've just wiped them down with disinfectant.
