I am a big believer in gut feelings. If you are creeped out by the dude and don't feel anything except disgust when he kisses you, you shouldn't need to ask anyone about the possibility of a 2nd date. Unless you're only doing it to go on as many dates as possible, and even then, I'd think you'd stick with the ones that are at least fun for you

FTR, you should never take the word of someone you've rejected that you're being too picky. They're just bitter that they didn't make the cut. You're supposed to be picky when you pick someone I think it's difficult to discern exactly where the line is, but "we don't have anything in common and I'm actively creeped out by him" doesn't make you sound too picky. We'd be having a different discussion if your reasoning was more along the lines of, "I like him a lot, but he's Korean and I only want to date a Japanese guy." Or, "we had a great time, but I only want a blonde guy with a Bieber cut and this guy is a brunette with a crew cut."
