The photos mean nothing to me other than to indicate she behaves an awful lot like most younger persons at drunken costume parties, were she not still pretty young, it wouldn't even be noteworthy, and I can't say it is anyway, its just not that scandalous. She's running against a GOP incumbent who won his district by 15+ points in 2008 when Obama's wave was strongest and who has had no scandal or criticism since, you'd need a crowbar and dynamite to wedge him out of his lead in a normal year, and the way the winds blowing this year, probably nuclear ordinance. Hence, a 28 year old throw away candidate is running against him. I doubt that her opponent and his campaign had anything to do with this release, since they'd have no desire to smear a candidate they are likely to curbstomp and risk a possible backfire and branding as a mud slinger.
