With the widespread use of digital cameras there are a lot of women out there her age with photos like this. If she actually had a chance these photos would hurt regardless of how open mined ROF is towards this (she is democratic after all so most sins can be forgiven). People will not decide to not for her because she took these pictures but it does diminish her as serious person you would want running the country. Images like this stick in people's minds and leave an impression. She comes off as a drunk party girl playing sexy to turn on the guys. Not what most people look for in a leader.
The point I was trying to make is with everyone carrying a camera these days how many young people like her have these sort of photos floating around? She had no chance but next election cycle more of her generation will be running and more pictures like this will surface. My wife' cousin is big in beauty pageants so she is very careful about what sort of photos she lets people take of her. More young people need to be thinking about things like this because once it is out on the internet it out there forever.

If she hadn't played the gender card I'd be on her side (in principle. )

She was just out of college and the guy was her husband. Won't people cut her a little slack?

She's right in principle that it should be about issues, but this isn't sexism, it's just scandal.
