and they walk inside with shoes! ON the wall-to-wall carpets! batshit insane does not cover it. we need a new ultra-nut term.
the only time that is acceptable is when carrying things into the house and need to put them down first and going into the house far enough to be inside when you take your shoes off. Wandering around with shoes on is poor manners, in particular in someone else's house.
