I just can't do it because the nuts/bolts are too tight and even with the magical undo-ey thing I am not strong enough.

I use WD-40, and then I jump on the bastahd. It works, believe me. We had to be able to change a tire before we could drive though, so I had a reason to figure out some tricks.
