Rather the reverse, so short of giving them everything they've ever wanted I see no reason to consider a resumption of hostilities any less likely than in 1953.

Yet as long as the US and her allies submit to Kim Jong Ils regular extortion, don't commit the terrible belligerent error of confronting him, North Korea won't attack South Korea. Just like Hitler didn't invade Poland after the French and British gave him the Czechs to do with as he pleased.
