1. What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish?
I have a new favorite dish that I will forever associate with Thanksgiving since I had it the first time as part of an early Thanksgiving dinner. Mushroom triangles. Mushrooms, onion, garlic, red wine and vegan cream cheese wrappled up in phyllo dough and shaped into triangles.
2. What're you looking forward to Thanksgiving?
Not being at work.
3. What are you thankful for?
The usual stuff...family and friends and my kitties. I'm not thrilled with my job at the moment, but I'm still thankful to have decent one.
4. If you could make up any holiday and celebrate it tommorow, what would it be (Why not? I'm bored.).
I'd like a "Make Ann a billionaire day"...yeah, that would be good!
