Pumpkin pie. You had to ask? Although my moms stuffing (almost never used AS stuffing) is also exceptional, but I'm pretty sure it's past it's expiration date after a week.

Um, well, not much at this point, since we did Thanksgiving last Sunday (Thursday was a work day here). However, Maht went above and beyond the call, volunteering to prepare a full traditional American Thanksgiving Dinner without prompting, just for her fiance. She'd never even SEEN my mothers (rather complicated) stuffing made, but with just the recipe she produced exactly what it should be. Then she made her first pumpkin pie, from scratch; a little more cinnamon than I'm used to, but still excellent. Only took her fourteen hours (and that's after mom agreed to cook the turkey and other fixins). The whole thing exceeded expectations by a fair sight. She's awesome, my girl....
