The LEAGUE said no one could tape it, and virtually shouted it at the Cheatriots after Spygate.

I mean, I already wanted him gone for the personnel decisions he's made, but this should definitely do it. If it doesn't I don't think I can be a fan of this team, which I have been 25 years.
Basically, the Broncos were caught videotaping a 49'ers practice prior to the game in London. Remeber that McDaniels was part of the New England staff that got caught for the same thing. Oh, and the "I declined to view the videotape" excuse does not mean he didn't try to gain some benefit from it.

Seriously, if they didn't even bother saying that no one was allowed to watch them I don't see what one can hold against him.
I love the "I take full responsibility for the thing for which I deny any responsibility except not reporting it" thing. Almost as much "the thing I got caught doing in Denver after I got caught doing it in NE will never happen again". I think he's made all of one good decision since he took over; there's a reason we're 3-7 and the same people who demanded Shanny head after his "horrible" .500 seasons are WISHING we could still finish that well. I always say head coaches should get a minimum of four, coordinators three and position coaches two years, because until then they haven't had the drafts and free agency to replace their predecessors failed personnel with their own, but I make exceptions for repeat cheaters; they can't be gone soon enough.

I think the evidence should be thrown out based on their sucking in that game. *NM*

Well, I suppose they could spend all their time watching the '9ers practice if the skipped their own

Probably would still be illegal, but I'm not sure it could be done so easily.

Then why not practice behind closed doors?

Normally they do, at least part of the time, but there were extenuating circumstances.

My point is that all they'd have to do is tell the people running Wembley

Closed practices are fairly common, but I'm not sure how it works when BOTH teams are "visitors".

Logical, but there was a definite time crunch, which affected both teams.

Pretty sad when the Faders can tut tut Denver for poor sportsmanship though.
