That is pretty, um, inappropriate. :P What a shame NASA didn't decide to make this their big PR story instead of what they chose instead. Hopefully this milestone will help salvage some of their respectability rather than being just another reminder of how far NASA's fallen from the glory days of the '60s and '70s when anything was possible and even catastrophic events just one more opportunity for excellence. Sometimes America feels like one of those teams that parlays a few good plays and lucky breaks into a commanding half time lead, then becomes too frightened of failures and mistakes to continue doing what put them on top. You'd think NASA would have enough native Houstonians around to remind them what a bad idea that is.... :[
