I haven't made an official bucket list, but there are a few things.

Mostly music things, like, having a full size opera performed. I have story ideas for a couple operas up to this point, but no known way to fund such a thing, or get a commission. Unfortunately Opera companies would rather perform Le Nozze di Figaro for the 100th time than ask for a new opera from someone who still has flesh on his bones. (quite literal there, I expect Mozart's flesh has worn away at this point). But yeah, grand operas still get written, and if all the starts align with the center of the galaxy on the 5th day of the 5th moon ...

in the end I just have to keep working super hard and not give up, maybe when I'm in my 50's and 60's I'll get a shot for a 3 act opera. :)

Oh, going to Peru is another thing on the checklist. I would love to go to Peru, meet a nice woman, get married ...

wait ...

marrying Peruvian girl isn't on the checklist ... !

I suppose the grandest thing on the bucket list, which is more of a daydream, is to resurrect 'classical' music, put it back into the public eye (i. e., make it popular again). I mean ... this is kind of a ridiculous day dream. I heard during one of Wagner's opera, the people in attendance at the end chanted his name, and he bowed to the audience from the royal box of that crazy Bavarian king. What do I gotta do to get people that excited about my art form again! (And there's always the famous Stravinsky 'Rite of Spring' story ... )
