Physics degrees are aimed at graduate work, and minors are rare in my experience Isaac Send a noteboard - 12/01/2011 03:08:49 PM
And I say 'rare' because I've never met anyone who graduated with a minor in physics, at my old school a minor just meant all the basic math and intro phy a comp Sci major has to take or math or chem major too plus 1 physics course and 1 lab, classical mechanics, which has little to do with computers. I doubt a minor in physics would hurt your job prospects but its really gonna depend on what field of CS you're looking at.

Honestly, CS (major) and Math is a better option. - 12/01/2011 07:07:59 PM 427 Views
