I was thinking about this all evening now, ever since I unjustly called Katie a fail :P

And it probably has to be a song by The National, whose record "High violet" (2010) contains only hits. So it's hard again to pick just one, especially since I am not that much of a lyrics listener either.
But "Conversation 16" won after all. The way he is singing "I was afraid I'd eat your brains, coz I am evil" in this most nonchalant voice, just really spoke to me. :angel:
