I think the best I ever got was 190, though that time I'd really only just done it before. It's the Oceanian islands that trip me up, and occasionally one or two of the Caribbean ones - or some country that you somehow miss and don't realize you've missed.

Most of the times I get stuck at 193/195 these days, thinking I've done all of them. And then I suddenly remember I skipped Poland and Vietnam (or something).
