I have been very busy the last few days and have caught scattered reports of what has been happening. Yes it is bad when a leader uses his military to attack his people but it just seems to me that you have a reached a new level of illegitimate leader if you have to resort to hiring foreign mercenaries to repress your people, assuming of course that it is true.
