Does anyone know if it is possible to pick up a pretty cheap pair of prescription-type glasses online? I was trying to make mine not sit so crooked on my face and managed to snap them irreparably. I'd like to replace them, but I don't want to spend out the nose.

When I lost mine earlier this year I was quoted a price of about $450 AFTER my insurance by one local optometrist, but instead went to a local wholesaler who got me a pair for just over $200 (bearing in mind my vision is VERY bad and I had to pay a little extra for the strength of the prescription. ) You're having no luck with the medical stuff lately; hope it works out for ya.
