So...here is a survey:
1. Did you re-register your old SN from wotmania so that no one else could use it?
No, well not completely. I also took snoop and snoopster so that I could use them if/ when I'm bored of this one. I would rather that "famous" (for want of a better way to put it) SNs from Wotmania weren't just dumped into a general pool - I'd not want to see someone else posting with a SN I link with an old wotmaniac (a religious right wing wads would be far too strange
) .I have also grabbed my real name as well and that is purely to stop someone else as I can't see me using it... but it would just be off putting for me to see someone else use it.
2. Are you keeping your SN from wotmania as your primary or one of your primary SNs?
A name derived from it anyway. I do also expect to use them from time to time as SNs, possibly full time in the future.
3. If not, what are you thinking of changing to? Are you considering using several SNs?
This one mostly though I will probably use other snoop related ones as well. I plan on mixing it up a little.
4. How do you think multiple SNs are best split up - by board, by type of post or just randomly?
I'm going to go randomly, just when I fancy a change for a few weeks. Partly because I would soon reply without thinking about which one I was logged in as
If I cared more, then by post type and by board would both be good ways to split my postings.
5. Aren't you glad we can type "fuck" here without HTML codes?
Yes and no. I am currently but I'd rather that people didn't use swear words sprinkled through posts, I feel it diminishes the impact from when someone really feels the need to throw the fucks.
It is, for me, the impact that matters more than the word with swearing.
Okay, so the last one really had nothing to do with SNs.
