But if you call 611 they will tell you how to do it.

Or visit a corporate store.

It's important that you not go to a store that just SAYS AT&T on the front... I forget how you tell the difference from the outside but there are ways you can tell.

Basically the ones that are in a non-awesome store are lame. :P
