The goal of this survey is not only to entertain you, but to actually NOT get moved. It's like I'm a newb or something. argh.

1. How old where you when you got your first job?

I was 17 when I got my first job that was in an actual workplace (not baby/house/petsitting).

2. What was your first job?

I worked at the Orange Julius/Dairy Queen in the mall.

3. How long did you work there?

About 18 months or so.

4. What's the oldest person you know who is (or was) sponging off their parents still (I do NOT mean college students, but say that guy down the street who lets his gf pay for their fun, and lives with his mom - all while not going to school or working for no other reason than... he doesn't feel like getting a job)

That would be my great uncle Champion (say it with a spanish accent). He is now...I think...in his 70's. He's never moved out of his parent's home....ever.

5. (If you live in a part of the world where you have to drive) How old were you when you got your driver's license?

I was...18 or so.

6. Did you wait way past the time when you COULD get your license?

I was...forced to. My dad was convinced that I would crash the car or something. I was the good kid. My brother, on the other hand, had a speeding ticket within hours of getting his liscence.
7. Did you graduate from college?

8. What did you major in?

Biology with minors in Chemistry, Music Performance, and Theology

9. Did you get a job in your field?

I did...its closer to the chemistry side (with a healthy dose of math), but I would still consider it within my major.

10. If not, what do you do? Did you need a degree to get this job?
