You can pick up small pocket sized bottles in most chemists.

I find peppermint tea or mint imperials can be good for dealing with an upset stomach, but I wouldn't know about being preventative. Perhaps look to see if there is anything in your diet that is acting as a trigger (I know the odds are you have already done this).

Personally I find that exercise helps more than anything.
