With the exception of things like WoW and SC2, PC gaming is quickly being eaten by consoles. The rapid descent of Bioware into crappy ports is an excellent example of this. The current trend very strongly favors consoles; all the major developers are beginning to focus on them, even previously PC-centered devs like Bethesda.
