Only an idiot would try and catch an animal he thinks is rabid with his hands, gloves or no gloves. The video is not working but I doubt they would have called the police if the animal was not behaving erratically.


The squirrel kept approaching the officer, even though you know...it's a big huge human acting in a threatening manner. The officer backed off for a while and then squirted it with the pepper spray, much to the shrieking of all the tweenies around him. It's not like the officer ran up to the squirrel, tried to scare him once, then balasted it with pepper spray.
