Trekking, hiking. Lose weight and see nice nature.

If you want to go hardcore: all distances you used to travel with car shall now be traveled by bike. All distances traveled by bike shall now be walked.



EDIT: Though, I maybe should say that I have never had any problems losing weight. Gaining weight though, is harder for me. So maybe you shouldn't take my advice that serious, as it's mostly based on hearsay and sadism.
