Where there is also a large population of African Americans (Is that PC these days? It's so hard to keep up) and I have observed the same thing. There are definitely a lot of cultural differences that still persist. It's too bad that it is so very hard to leave the bad cultural differences and take the good. I am not looking forward to a homogenized society but I am also not looking forward to a society where we are brow beaten by political correctness so badly that we let these things go and are afraid to talk about them. (I am the queen of run on sentences!)
