And my stomach seems to be telling me that putting food in it is still a pretty bad idea. This is the worst case of stomach flu I've ever had.

Stomach flu is utterly awful.

But I can't afford to miss any more work.

Someone convince me I can make it through the day without barfing.

Ginger helps to settle the stomach. So try a bottle of water with a little bit of ginger in it - root ginger if you have it, powered if you don't. Might help to keep your stomach happy?

Blech. Being sick when you live alone sucks. There's no one to complain to
