One of the earlier weekends, I think. Friday evening to Sunday morning.

We always have a great time, and Edinburgh's a lovely city to visit. October's also a good month for it because the weather tends to be settled before heading into winter.

I'm interested, but as I told mick, our planned trip to the States this summer is being delayed by the inability to book it until my residence visa arrives, so we may have to settle for a trip over there at Christmas. Combined with a thousand dollar price tag for tickets on Orbitz and Expedia plus my unexpected difficulty finding work the outlook is grim, but things could change between now and then. Either way, sounds a good idea, and wish ya'll the best of times; we'll be there in spirit (you have been warned.... )
