I just want to say I heard that on buses in japan or maybe just in crowded metro areas you can expect to be groped. I don't have any personal experience of Japan myself but this is what I thought of when you said the buses gave you pause. So be careful on the bus!


Yes, I'd heard that as well. It's not exactly the reason I was concerned, but definitely something to be wary of. Thanks!
