I don't know if it's just a difference of traditional nomenclature between countries or what, but I was thrown off by the use of 'psychopath'. It seems a bit antiquated to me as a psychiatric descriptor, and everything the article describes is what we, at least where I am in America, would refer to as traits of ASPD, antisocial personality disorder.
Perhaps it's just a question of degree of severity, though, as ASPD is quite common at my job but we don't deal with what we might call the "criminally insane". Maybe once antisocial traits begin leading to murderous behavior it can be appropriately called psychopathy?
