Well, there was me crossing a street at 3 PM on a New Year's Eve to pick up party food. The car was WAAYYY down the street, and if he hadn't been speeding nothing would've happened. But he was speeding, the @#$% jerk!

Fortunately he saw me just before contact was made and he musta really stepped on the brakes because when he hit me it was only hard enough to knock me down. I bounced on my arse and came back to my feet.

I actually went on to finish my shopping, and walked back home too. I wasn't sore the next day, and I didn't even get a bruise. I still sometimes want to get down on my knees and thank God for looking over me that day...
