-- more file formats, as someone already said. and since i grab my e-books from everywhere, this is great news

-- the kindle has too much going on for me, all i want is an e-reader, and maybe a little bit of stuff, but not so much that it takes up all my space

-- lots of space and some have ways to create more space (fancy cards and thingers i don't really understand)

-- i just like barnes and noble

i don't even have the nook color (i have the original b&w nook) and i love it. the touch screen at the bottom is in color (which is great on the rare occasion that i use the browser), but i don't need to see my books in color because, well... they aren't in color. i would like to have a backlight option (such as on the nook color), but i can live without that.
