if it aint broke don't fix it. proper books don't need charging, won't break if you accidentally drop them and they smell lovely. you really wanna miss out on that lovely papery glue smell just cause you can download a book?
The only argument that has swayed me towards trying a Kindle or Nook is that they are light weight. One of my hands is messed up so a heavy book really can make it hurt if I hold it wrong or read for too long. But I just don't think that I could give up my books. I love the smell, the feel, the sense of ownership and that it is always there for me. Kindle and Nook may quickly be obsolete but my real books will never be obsolete.
