That sounds either incredibly fun or horrifyingly stressful and boring.
On the one hand, there are all kinds of interesting seminars one could attend, such as "Celebrities' drug use is supporting organised crime - What happens in other parts of the world when one buys drugs in Sweden?", "Spread of chemicals - five ways to stop a global disaster" and "Should Carl Bildt stop Tweeting?", all free to attend. On the other hand one can hardly move about some parts of town.
