What type of dog would you like to own or do you own? Why?

i have 4 dogs. a great pyrenees, a gsd, a mixed breed, a cavalier king charles spaniel. my next choice will be a newfoundland rescue. all of my dogs are rescued and rehabbed and came to me for different reasons... my mixed breed was my first dog on my own outside of the dogs i grew up with.

if you want a dog that doesn't shed, get a poodle, portuguese water dog, bichon frise, or a doodle of some size... some dogs are not for first timers, though. pwd's are super smart and energetic... same goes for poodles, standards anyway. good luck! :-)
