Your attempt at adding 94 countries of the world to the "rugby zone" is laudable, but it's no more relevant than saying that Jamaicans compete in bobsled events all the time just because they entered a bobsled team in the Winter Olympics. Token membership is a far cry from actual fandom.


Russia has a professional league... or at least it is described as professional, I think the reality is that it is semi-professional. Still though, that puts it some way ahead of the Jamaican Bob-sleigh team;)
