Republicans didn't just "support" tax cuts: They demanded them then and won't relinquish them now. - Edit 1

If you're looking for petulant children, start there.
You keep making it sound like the tax cuts were some bill Obama enthusiastically proposed and Republicans reluctantly approved, and we both know that's the exact opposite of how it actually happened. EVERYONE (including the public) knows it; it was hardly a secret.
Meanwhile, two Dems at the most recent debt ceiling talks claim House Majority Leader Cantor didn't say a word the whole time (all the Dems fault for not prying his lips open, I'm sure). But it's OK for him to be a human roadblock to any deal, because only Kool-Aid drinking libs like me and John McCain doubt the public is firmly on the GOPs side here, right? Speaking of polls, a poll of 65 actual Congressmen found that 61% of Democrats but only 15% of Republicans think a debt default would be catastrophic, with 29% of Republicans saying the consequences would be minor (compared to 3% of Dems). Now, who's playing politics with the nations economy because they don't take the issue seriously?
The Republican Congress doesn't get it, is out of step with voters and is risking our very economic existence solely because they want Obama to grant ALL their demands in exchange for NOTHING, especially not a tax hike to raise revenue for a country in desperate need of it. They're going to get their heads handed to them in response; I just hope they don't break the country in the process.
It is simple, the constant whining about tax cuts that the dems voted for and signed is pathetic and they need to stop because it makes them look like petulant children. The fact that republicans supported them is irrevant since they are not the one wringnt thier hands about the evil of them.
So no not trolling just trying to get you to see reason, trolling would be more productive.
