Was this supposed to be an editorial?
The language is so incredibly loaded that it feels like its a parody of a Fox News journalist. Sarcasm abounds, lots of snide remarks about how this whole scandal is something only nitpickers would complain about and only those with "nothing better to do" would know about it.
The sentence about "allegedly" is unprofessional, and is again filled with loaded terms.
Way too much alliteration.
Meh, it came off as too serious for something that was meant to be tongue-in-cheek, and too ridiculous and biased for something meant to be serious.
